This is my first photo contest, and I am way excited about it! Let's give the mothers in our lives the recognition they deserve and have fun with this! Time to get out your pictures. Can't wait to see them!

The prize is...
A portrait session for 2-8 people lasting 60-90 minutes and a minimum of 20 images on disc (valued at $220-$250). Session will be located within 20 miles of Stockton, Ca. 
Rules & Instructions

• Pictures submitted must be of your mother, step-mom, mother-in-law or grandmother (preferably with both of you in the picture). 
• Please include your name, your mother's name, and both your emails for notification purposes.
• Do NOT post the pictures to my Facebook Wall because they may get sent to spam and will prevent you from being entered.
• You may also include up to 75 words about your Mother.
• You can message the picture to me on Facebook or email to photosbykali@gmail.com Please put Photo Contest in the subject line.
• I will post all the entries in a special album on my page.
• The winners will be chosen by the most "likes" on each picture by the deadline.
• For a vote to count, the voter must "like" the picture AND “like” Kali Matthews Photography on Facebook.
• You may submit one photo per person.
• If your Mom has passed away, you CAN still enter her in the contest! 
• You may nominate another mother. Just submit her photo and both of your names.
• The winners may choose to give the session to their mother or keep it for themselves.
• Session will be located within 20 miles of Stockton, Ca. If you win and do not live within that distance, you must be willing to travel to the area for your session.
• Voting ends on May 11, 2013. 
• I may update the rules at any time during the contest if I feel it is needed.
• Winners must respond to winning email from photosbykali@gmail.com within 72 hours or another winner will be chosen.
• You can share your photo anywhere to get votes. Just make sure they "like" the picture in MY album (not just your link) and "like" Kali Matthews Photography to count!
• Feel free to message me with any questions.

I had such an amazing time with this beautiful couple! I honestly have never seen a pair so in love. They have been married over 40 years, have 7 children, and 14 grandchildren. Even my cheeks hurt from smiling after an hour with these two! What an inspiration they are. 

Ohhh, these little girls melt my heart! They are so full of personality and love for each other. So fun :)

I've had the opportunity to photograph so many families this time of year! Though it can be more challenging with little kids, it's always so fun! Little Miss M was such a little explorer, a girl after my own heart. She's a brave and adventurous one :)

Fell in love right away with Mr. M. Could he be any sweeter or more handsome? I think not. Not only that, but he was such a gentlemen during his whole session.  didn't hear a peep out of him, even while he was awake. Photographer's dream baby! f

This family had the sweetest red pick up truck from the 1940's. Couldn't think of a more perfect prop!
